Instructions for submitting pictures for publication:

1) BLACK AND WHITE prints are best (8 X10 will be given first preference and 5 X 7 will be given second preference.)  Snapshots are rarely used.  SLIDES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Send pictures of only those plays staged during the current year.

2) PREPARE A LABEL FOR EACH PICTURE WITH FOLLOWING INFORMATION: School Name, Chapter, Name of Play, Name of actors from left to right, Director, Scene Designer, Costume Designer.  Attach label to back of picture.

3) PICTURES CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF YOU INCLUDE A SELF-ADDRESSEDSTAMPED ENVELOPE.

5. Provide the name and address of the president of your school. 

6. Write up to 200 words about your theater program.  Choose that which is unique, unusual, creative, or outstanding about your theater activities.
